Shipping Policy

Free Shipping on All U.S. Orders We offer free standard shipping on every order shipped within the contiguous United States, no minimum required.

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Once shipped, standard delivery typically arrives within 3–5 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facility.

Subscription Orders Subscription orders are processed and shipped automatically on your renewal date, following the same 1–2 business day processing window. You can manage, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account portal before your next renewal date.

Order Tracking A tracking link will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your confirmation email.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes We ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS or UPS.

International Shipping At this time, we ship exclusively within the United States. We do not currently ship to U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your package has not arrived within 10 business days of your shipping confirmation, please contact us at support@coreaxis.us and we will make it right.
